This Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha tea powder is a shade-grown green tea from Kagoshima, Japan, made from the finest tea leaves of the first spring harvest, ground into a powder. It belongs to the highest quality tier. Ceremonial matcha is distinguished by its intense, vibrant green color, resulting from its high chlorophyll content. The tea leaves are gently steamed, dried, and then processed into 100% pure tea powder. Thanks to its exceptionally fine quality, this matcha is ideal for enjoying on its own. Its flavor is harmonious: fresh and grassy, creamy, and with a pleasantly light sweetness.

Essential tools for preparing Ceremonial Matcha:

• Bamboo whisk
• Bamboo scoop
• Bowl (= matcha set)
• Water at 70–80°C

Preparing matcha in 5 steps:

1. Place 1g of matcha (≈ 2 bamboo scoops) into the bowl
2. Add 1 tablespoon of warm water
3. Create a smooth paste using the bamboo whisk
4. Add 60 ml of water at 70–80°C
5. Whisk for 20 seconds using a rapid "W" motion until foam forms
